We believe that everyone deserves to have a beautiful smile without breaking the bank. That's why we created the Hedges Dental Discount Plan. This plan is reserved for patients that do not have dental insurance.
Plan Includes:
- ✓Two exams per year by Dr. Hedges at hygiene appointments
- ✓All necessary X-rays at hygiene appointments
- ✓A generously discounted fee schedule for all treatment and products
Pricing
$69/Visit
Ages 11 and under
Important Notes:
- • The plan will expire 365 days after enrolling in the plan, but can be renewed.
- • The plan IS NOT transferable to another person for any reason.
- • Fees may increase each year, but your fees will remain the same throughout the 365 days on the plan.
- • No refunds will be offered. All sales are final.
- • If you are unsure if you want to purchase the plan, we will provide an initial exam and X-rays for $49. If you then decide to purchase the plan, you will be credited the $49 toward the purchase of the plan.
